A Christmas tree now sits proud in the centre of Paeroa.
Positive Paeroa chair Janella Munns and Courtneys’ Christmas Tree Farm’s Clark Courtney set up the whopping Christmas tree that sits between 16-18m high outside the info hub on the morning of December 7.
Janella encourages the community to help decorate the tree, which will be lit just after 5pm on Wednesday.
The tree was purchased by Positive Paeroa, and the town promoters earlier prepared and ran the town’s Christmas Parade on December 2.
