More than 200 stalls will fill the Coromandel Area School fields for the Keltic Fair on January 2.
Organiser Jocelyn James said the event had taken place for more than 30 years and attracted up to 30,000 people to Coromandel Town.
“It’s a standard on the calendar because it’s always on January 2,” she said.
“We’ll have entertainment, lots of international food, designer clothes, outdoor furniture, a lot of vintage stuff coming in this year, art and pottery, you name it it will probably be there.”
Jocelyn said entry was $2 which, along with the money raised by the stallholders, would be donated to Coromandel Area School.
“We’ve bought the school mountain bikes, kayaks, computers, lego, and recently bought the new school van [with the raised money],” she said.
Jocelyn said the event would take place between 9am and 4pm depending on the weather and while most stalls have eftpos recommended visitors also bring cash.
“Come and have fun and enjoy the day,” she said.
