Police are responding to a two vehicle crash on State Highway 2, near George Street, Waihi, Hauraki District.
The crash was reported around 10:45am.
One person is in a moderate to serious condition, and one person is in a moderate condition.
The road is blocked, and diversions are in place, Motorists are advised to take the alternate route.
